PSDMku :)

Kalo kemarin tentang syiar, maka hari ini tentang psdm. Pengembangan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa (PSDM) atau Kaderisasi adalah salah satu departemen yang terdapat di BEM. Departemen yang menjadi pilihan pertamaku ketika masuk ke BEM. Hmm masih bingung alasannya kenapa, mungkin karena bisa berkontribusi lebih baik  dengan proker-proker besar. PSDM adalah jantungnya suatu organisasi, ketika jantung ini berdetak maka hiduplah organisasi itu sebaliknya jika jantungnya rusak atau bahkan mati, entah bagaimana nasib organisasi tersebut. 

PSDM, tempat dimana aku belajar banyak hal. Kak salman adalah kadept kami, kemudian berhenti di tengah perjalanan karena suatu hal. Digantikan oleh kak QQ yang ketika itu menjabat sebagai Ketua BEMJ BP 2014. Thanks for you both especially for ka QQ. Kak qq, i can’t imagine if i were you. I mean, you’re a leader of bemj yet you also have to take care of PSDM. Wow and the most important thing is you’re a woman! That’s really inspired me so much. Thanks for  thousand words, thousand acts, thousand memories you gave. Thanks ka qq. 

Syifa, luluk, cut, panji, adrian, dimas. Yes i did lot of mistakes but you guys, you gave me that spirit. And did you remember? We did our job together. If we nailed our job, it’s because of our hardwork and if we failed, we weren’t blame each other. It’s a lesson to learn rite? I’m so glad being part of you guys. Of course we have the different heads, that’s mean different thoughts. But from my point of view it’s a diversity. I have to admit that we’re not so close. But that’s okay. There is always an opportunity to make our friendship getting really close. 

Being part of you guys gave me much of experiences. Thankyou, thankyou so much for the great experiences. I’ve learned much things inside it. Love you guys. xo
