hello guys, SUP? what a perfect weather to swim rite, Raining season, uh, hot during the day, cool during the night. Yesterday i went to House Of Shafa, located at Tebet. It's a place for woman to do exercise without worryin the presence of man. Here, you could do some exercise that are very good for woman's health, such as swimming, cardio combat, belly dance, pilates, yoga, zumba, and piloxing. Ow, what a temptation rite. I tried swimming, to relaxing body and to practicing my competences. U know, it's been a really long time im not swimming again. Since i decided to wear hijab, and i start to confused where to find such a place for woman's only. But thanks to google, I've found House of Shafa. A comfort place with a complete facilities. Well, this is not a paid promote coz im not goin to be paid anyway ( i wish). hahaha. Uhm, if you want to go here, you shud pay 30.000 for swimming only , no times limit. it opens from 07.00 till 20.00. A swimwear appropriate is a must, if you dont have one, they provide rent swimwear for you, and for that one, you have to pay 30.000 too. hahah. if you said, the price is pricey i agree but, with those facilities.. i would've no doubt. anyway there's also another place located at tebet called Yayasan Al- Jannah. And that'll be my next destination. see ya guys.
